Terms of service

The Design My AI System form is our enquiry and consultation request process. Enquiries, consultations and design requests are free, with no upfront payment. Submitting a request does not create a paid engagement or oblige either party to proceed.

We review your requirements and personally contact you to discuss them and arrange a meeting where appropriate.

Blueprints and other AI-generated outputs are drafts for human review. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute professional advice, a binding quote or a promise of specific results. Estimates are never binding.

Paid work begins only after the relevant written proposal and statement of work have been accepted. They confirm scope, deliverables, timing, fees, third-party costs, acceptance criteria, intellectual property, support and other project-specific terms. GH2 CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is the contracting entity, not a separately incorporated AIQora Labs company.

Default currency is SGD (Singapore dollars); international projects may be quoted in USD. Proposed standard milestones are 30% on acceptance of the written proposal and statement of work, 40% at an agreed development milestone and 30% on final acceptance. Individual contracts may vary these terms.

The website does not collect online deposits, automated payments or subscriptions. Pricing and payment arrangements are confirmed individually before paid work begins.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the agreed proposal and statement of work, including completed work, approved milestones and applicable Singapore consumer protection requirements. There is no blanket no-refund rule. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, confidential third-party records or sensitive children's information. Do not misuse private access links, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Any project-specific use of external tools and ongoing service costs must be agreed in the proposal. Website and AI availability can depend on third-party providers; uninterrupted operation and specific AI results are not guaranteed.

These draft website terms are intended to operate under Singapore law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and the agreed project contract. Questions or concerns may be sent to hello@aiqoralabs.com.

The owner must review and approve these terms before publication and obtain legal advice where needed. Project-specific liability, intellectual property and dispute-resolution provisions belong in the agreed contract.
