Privacy policy

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, audience, goals, existing tools, budget, timeline, approval preferences and consent. We also store a request reference, submission time. New submissions record the accepted consent wording, its revision, the linked privacy-notice revision and the time the server recorded your consent. Older records are not retrospectively treated as accepting revised wording. Please provide only information needed to describe your request.

We use your answers to assess your requirements, review your enquiry, contact you about the request and, if agreed, scope a project. Your enquiry does not sign you up for marketing or create a paid contract.

Your enquiry answers may be processed by our hosting and database service providers to store the request for personal review. Once approved for activation, managed email services may process the limited contact details needed for acknowledgement and internal enquiry emails. Providers may process data outside Singapore.

The website does not automatically generate plans or proposals from your enquiry. Do not include passwords, confidential records, financial account information or sensitive personal data in the form.

Enquiry records are private and available only through authorised owner access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Owner sign-in is provided through Google or Lovable. On the published website, authentication session tokens are maintained in persistent browser local storage so authorised access can continue across visits until sign-out or session expiry. In the Lovable editor preview, sign-in may also be coordinated with the editor. This storage holds session tokens, not your Google password.

Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information for security and service operation. The website does not currently include application-level analytics or marketing tracking. Preview error reporting and platform-level telemetry are separate; their scope, retention and processing locations still require confirmation before this draft is adopted. We do not claim that no technical information is collected.

Our launch is aimed at customers in Singapore. Enquiries must be submitted by adults, including family enquiries. Do not provide children's sensitive information. If a family enquiry needs context, limit any child information to first names and ages. Case-study content must not include child names or photographs.

Our approved retention schedule is purpose-based. We delete or anonymise unconverted enquiries after 12 months without meaningful contact. At project closure, we review working records and remove unnecessary personal data; remaining necessary working material is retained for up to 12 months after closure unless a documented continuing need applies.

Contracts, invoices and accounting evidence are retained separately for applicable statutory periods. Necessary complaint, dispute or legal-hold records are retained until the matter is resolved and applicable obligations end. These exceptions do not justify keeping every enquiry indefinitely.

Glenn Davies is responsible for monthly manual retention reviews covering enquiry records, any previously saved drafts and notes, business email and exports. Provider log and backup retention and deletion arrangements still require verification before this draft is adopted; we do not promise immediate removal from every backup.

You may contact hello@aiqoralabs.com to ask about your personal data, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Requests are assessed under applicable Singapore law, including the Personal Data Protection Act where applicable. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to or deliver your request; legal retention obligations may still apply.

The owner has approved the privacy contact and retention schedule.
